This is Why

Fallout 4 VR is finally here, and it is an absolute nightmare. In this episode of the strangely popular ‘This is Why’ series we look at the biggest VR game of the year, Fallout 4 VR. Honestly from release until now Fallout 4 VR has had so many problems it really has been an absolute nightmare.

I have found that GORN VR goes alongside Fallout 4 VR as an absolute nightmare, and this is why,. SO I’m milking it for all its worth and made another of the now IMMENSELY popular “this is why/nightmare” series. In this episode we look at one of the best VR games I’ve ever played.

The This Is Why series is back with Elite Dangerous VR An Absolute Nightmare. Still riding the high from my Fallout 4 VR Is An Absolute Nightmare video I gave another game a go. In this video when I say nightmare I mostly mean how terrifying this game is, I am 50 hours in and Elite Dangerous VR still scares the life out of me. Frontier Developments did a great job turning Elite Dangerous into a VR game.

The sequel to Fallout 4 Is An Absolute Nightmare – This Is Why. In this week’s episode I fill Fallout 4 VR with mods and talk about why it isn’t actually that big a Nightmare. Still the biggest PC VR game out until next week’s PC release of Skyrim VR (which will be my next This Is Why review!) I shy away from the glitches in this video and talk about all the things Bethesda did to take a non-VR title and turn it into actually a rather solid port, and now with a big of modding support it is looking even better.

I return to review the biggest VR game of the year – Skyrim VR. I may describe Skyrim VR like it is an absolute nightmare but listen closely and you’ll be able to tell its all for fun, this game is the best and easily the best VR game by miles. This is why forever

I just couldn’t give Beat Saber the title of an absolute nightmare, sure it has those dastardly cubes but that wasn’t enough to content with how awesome this game is. I save the Absolute Nightmare label for VR games that commit some kind of crime, but not Beat Saber, it’s too perfect.

I return to review the biggest VR game since Skyrim VR – Budget Cuts. I also made the review almost as long. I really enjoyed this game as a VR experience but my biggest issues come with the level design and lack of stealthy puzzles. However in terms of a game designed for VR, Budget Cuts is so well implemented to work for the Vive it’s the first big step a game has made to be a true VR title.

I recently learnt Fallout New Vegas could be turned into Fallout: New Vegas VR. Was it worth it? Well, no. Not really. As expected it's an absolute nightmare, and here's why. Fallout: New Vegas is perhaps my all time favourite game, I assumed VR could only make it better, turning the Mojave into a huge 3D world to explore, and with working mods, what could be better? Be careful what you wish for.

I am taking on the mammoth task of reviewing every VR game on steam, the goal will be to review them in my " Is A Nightmare - This Is Why" style, which basically means I am critiquing each Steam VR game I play, as this is a much more interesting way to review.

I return and continue my series "Every VR Game On Steam Is A Nightmare - This Is Why" with my first real sequel in the nightmare series, all played on the Vive. So missing Halloween by one day I bring a slightly spooky video. I plan on making "Every VR Game On Steam Is A Nightmare" a long running series, however I will be kept busy with Fallout 76 before I get to sink my teeth into the Steam VR library properly.

Fallout 76 has arrived. It is an absolute NIGHTMARE and this is why. Fallout 76 has been the talk of the town for months, and with Bethesda getting some stern attention, this game was always going to be a prime target for a nightmare video.

I have wanted to take on The Joy Of Painting for a while, so here is: Painting with Bob Ross Is An Absolute Nightmare, and This Is Why. Maybe next time I’ll do “the joy of cooking” is an absolute nightmare and apply the same principles.
