With just over a week to the General Election The Panel is in fine voice for the third programme in a series of specials. Presenter Colin Murphy is joined by Panel regulars Neil Delamare, Andrew Maxwell, Karl Spain and Aoibhinn Ni Shuilleabhain. Special guest this week is Eurovision Liedermeister John Waters who will have just returned from the contest in Helsinki. As ever, The Panel will take the lump hammer of truth to the mixed metaphors of modern Ireland, and thrash them until the chaff is swirling in the chill wind that rattles the rushes among the killing fields of pitiless satire. Even now, highly trained comedians are burnishing their breastplates and gorgets, flexing their fingers in their gauntlets, and forging broadswords from the ploughshares of peacetime.

The Panel is back for the fourth programme in a series of specials, which may – or may not – have something to do with the Will of the Nation, the Voice of the People, and the possibility of a rush to the polls. Colin Murphy presents this week’s show and is joined by Panel regulars Neil Delamare, Andrew Maxwell and Karl Spain with special guest this week crime writer Alex Barclay.

As the winners and losers emerge and the peoples decision is final Colin Murphy is joined by Neil Delmare, Andrew Maxwell, Mairead Farrell and newcomer John Bishop to look back in their own original way on what was Election 07 !
