First up, it’s that time we made chicken cutlets fried in olive oil. Next, we had the ultimate spread of classic NYC bagels: from a classic cream cheese spread to an experimental jalapeño and strawberry jam combination. Then, we cooked up some American classics from the South like potato salad and fried chicken. On the next episode, we took a trip to the other side of the world with a delicious selection of Asian dishes like scallion pancakes, larb, and papaya salad.
