Hayden meets Lani who has a passion for gourmet meals, she eats out three to four times a week and is a real Melbourne foodie… only problem is she can’t cook.

Hayden helps out a busy family from Western Sydney, who has run out of time in the kitchen.

Hayden comes to stay at the farm, making it his mission to help out in the kitchen and to share some recipes with Sally, while Pete teaches Hayden, a self-confessed city slicker, just what it takes to live and work on a farm.

Living in Geelong - Digby and Whytey are two students that share a familiar story, struggling to feed themselves on a limited budget, whilst studying.

Chris works as a Mines Rescue Officer and lives with his wife Kath and two boys, Ben and Isaac in Newcastle.

Hayden moves in with Pete and Lyn, empty nesters from the Gold Coast. He wants to prove to them that healthy food can still taste great. In return, Pete shows Hayden how to perform on stage just like Elvis.
