The Crusoe Show

In the season premiere episode of Season 4, Crusoe is shocked and dismayed to see a new dachshund puppy has arrived to his home! At first he thinks it must be a mistake, but as it turns out, it's Mum and Dad's new puppy they ordered, a shaded cream dapple, long-hair miniature dachshund whose name is... Daphne! So, welcome Daphne into the family! Crusoe is not sure what to do, and finds himself getting attacked! She looks like a cute and furry little puppy, but in fact she's a shark-toothed fluffball who attacks like you a frenzied piranha! You can see in the clips just how feisty and savage Daphne was as a pup! Crusoe then tries to find a way to get rid of her, first calling his brother Oakley the dachshund to see if Oakley might want a baby sister. When Oakley says no, Crusoe forms a plan to trap her and ship her to Madagascar. He comes very close, but at the Post Office, Crusoe has a change of heart and decide against shipping her across the world. And thus, the new puppy Daphne has been accepted into the family!

Crusoe and Oakley the mini #dachshunds are visiting #OTTAWA of Ontario, Canada! The two dogs are dressed as cute, goofy #tourists to explore the beautiful city of Ottawa, including many of the dog-friendly things to do as well as some of the other non-dog things, too! The boys start their adventure in Major's Park in downtown, visiting the Parliament. Then the pups head to the Museum of Nature to check out the squirrel exhibit? No, the dinosaur exhibit! The dogs got special permission to go and film in the museum, which was awesome, but is not generally dog friendly! Then they get a hot dog at Tavern on the Hill, an awesome hot dog joint with an incredible view of the river and Parliament. Oakley gets a bit of mustard on his face! Finally they hop on a bus tour to make their way to a hockey game! That's right, these two funny dachshunds get their own seats at a Ottawa Sens game!

This is a 'silent' version video, as a throwback to the 'Classic Crusoe' style. In this episode, Crusoe, who is a mini black and tan dachshund, is a 'handydog' who makes a visit to a woman's home to build her a sweet fence! Crusoe arrives in his GMC pickup, perfect size for little dogs, with his fence building materials in the back. He gets to work in this clumsy, cute, and funny dog video of putting a fence together and painting it. Of course, Crusoe has to stop for lunch like most dogs would, but his client his checking the time so he has to keep moving. After assembling and painting the fence with his cute little paws, his gives the invoice for his work, which is 10 dog cookies. She pays him, but then the fence falls apart! And before she can claim the warranty, Crusoe has already sped off in his truck, onto the next handydog job!

The video starts where a girl is playing fetch with her golden retriever named Dylon. She throws the bar too far and it goes in the window of a haunted house. She goes in looking for her dog's ball, but comes across a GHOST, so she screams and runs out, and runs to her car to call the Ghost-WIENER-Busters! Crusoe and Oakley are in the Ghostwienerbusters headquarters when they get the alarm, so they go sliding down the fireman's pole to race for the Ghostmobile. They hop in and go cruising towards the scene of the Ghost, but of course they have to sing their own parody version of the Ghostbusters theme song along the way!

The dogs go on a search for what books they should read, while Oakley the dachshund comes up with some weird ideas as jokes. Finally they find their books and start reading, but Oakley's book isn't quite what he likes, plus he learns #dogs need to wear glasses to be able to read human language! So he has to go steal a pair of glasses. He also finds himself some pretty funny jokes by scanning his butt on the photocopier and more.

As you will see, BATDOG does not appreciate being called a cute dog, in fact he prefers the term "sexy" and will probably trip you if you call him something like cute. BATDOG goes on to order a hot dog from a hot dog cart, but when they deny him purchase based on discrimination, once again BATDOG is not so happy. As the video progresses, we see BATDOG's nemesis, BANE track down his whereabouts and come after him to finally destroy him. They have a quick run around the park, and then settle for the final battle to the death - which is conducted via Rock Paper Scissors, to which BATDOG uses his cunning to defeat BANE.

Daphne is here to tell you about her day. She is still learning how to speak, and is taking talking lessons from her brother Crusoe. She is learning words like WALK, and HECK, and HAMBURGER (still working on that one). Daphne the dachshund also has to attend puppy school, which she hates. But you'll see in this funny dog video, how crazy and weird Daphne the puppy really is.. She is a very vocal dachshund with her toys.. loves to bark at them and jump in her toy bin. A bit of a crazy pup!

It starts off with Crusoe and Oakley in the back of their van, planning their heist. The dogs then rush into the bank for a stick-up, using a poop bag as a funny way to take control of the situation and demand the teller open the vault. The bank lobby scene was filmed at a Toyota Dealership in Georgetown, ON. They go through to the vault, which is actually DIEFENBUNKER in Ottawa, a cold war-era bunker and museum with an actual vault which was supposed to store gold reserves. The dogs rush through the vault door into the safety deposit room, where they clear the boxes to find more jewels and cash, plus all the gold and money bags.

In this video, Daphne the cute little dachshund #Puppy takes her very first vacation to Florida, where they are astounded to see #SQUIRREL - but Daphne's calls them squirrelers. So Crusoe, gives his puppy sister a lesson on biology and all types of Florida squirrels and animals.

In this clip, Oakley and Daphne act out the season recap of the Disney Mandalorian show, where the Mandalorian dog costume, which is totally homemade and a little behind the scenes clip at the end will show you the making of this dog costume of the Star Wars Mandalorian!

The dogs do a lot in just two days. A lot of which was the first time for Daphne who is still only a #puppy - in fact, this was her first hotel room, first time at the beach, first time in a big city! So was a lot of new learning and socialization experiences for this little puppy, which is good for her! And Daphne did super well. She LOVED Miami South Beach, and had lots of fun running and digging - Crusoe the dachshund loves to dig himself, which is hilarious as he digs on command anywhere you want.

The two police dog detectives are busy doing office work at the police station when the chief bulldog calls them in to tell them he's sending them on patrol. Of course the pups are super excited to be able to leave the office, so they take off, first heading to the drive thru to get some donuts of course. They then get a call from the 911 dispatch from Daphne the Dachshund who tells them about a bad doggie selling illegal cookies on the street. So the wiener dogs rush to the scene to see investigate.

Crusoe and Daphne are left HomeAlone and find themselves having to fend off a scary puppy burglar who tries to break into the house. Of course the dogs panic and have to scramble to find a solution, in typical Home Alone fashion of course, rigging up a giant slingshot with a bowling ball to take down the burglar.

Daphne hosts a cute little Tea Party for her brothers Crusoe and Oakley while also having two friends who are stuffed animals. She starts by serving tea and some cupcakes, but quickly gets carried away, drinking a ton of tea and eating a ton of cupcakes. Eventually, the boys try to find a way to eat the cupcakes of the stuffed animal friends, so devise a plan to attack the stuffed animals, like funny dachshunds do of course!

In the third and final installment of Daphne's Florida travel vlog, the #dogs have fun around the home, like wrestling and chasing each other. We see Crusoe finally warming up to his little #puppy sister and letting himself play with her - mostly because her puppy shark teeth are now gone. They do some fun adventures like kayaking, but then it comes time for Daphne to go for surgery. She gets spayed, and has to wear the cone collar thing around her neck for a couple weeks until she heals, which she is not happy about.

In the season 4 finale, Daphne the little #dachshund #puppy goes to the hair salon to get a haircut! Crusoe the dachshund is there with her, who just had his haircut first with a super cool do, that Daphne thinks is stupid. Daphne then has her turn in the salon to get her haircut, and she can't decide what style she wants - or rather - she wants no style at al
