Debbie arrives in a Chinese world and meets Hi-Hat, a hat merchant attempting to please a Princess whose frequent mood swings prevent her from settling on a perfect piece of head wear. Seizing Debbie's golden bells for himself, Hi-Hat attaches the bells to a hat for the Princess, who takes it home.
