K-9 Deputy Michael Roberts responds to a call from an elderly woman who claims she was assaulted, choked and tied up by 3 gun toting assailants and robbed. During the investigation the old lady reveals she had a marijuana grow of 30 plants to “supplement her income.” It turns out that she had 70 plants to support her income. Narcs are called out.

This segment is a close-up, narrated by the team leader of the Western El Dorado Narcotics Enforcement Team [WENET], concerning the marijuana problem in our county, from medicinal usage to cartel owned grows that are strategically placed throughout the county. The viewer is shown countless images of the destruction of our public land by illegal commercial Mexican cartel grows, including the illegal grower’s use of pesticides that are poisoning the most pristine lake in the world, Lake Tahoe, and the American River waterway system.

Deputy Cortez and the Special Enforcement Detail [SED] seek to take down a known drug house where they expect multiple drug abusers, ample amounts of drugs and many arrests.

Deputy Kevin Pebley is called on a scene of a Domestic Violence situation. The abused wife tries to cover for her husband who is hiding inside the house. The house is surrounded and a perimeter is set up because the suspect is thought to be armed. With the K-9 unit taking the lead, Deputy Pebley and others enters the house to clear it. After a thorough search, they discover the suspect well hidden under a trap door in the floor, covered by a sofa. The suspect is taken into custody and arrested.

This show is the story of 3 different deputies responding to a heroin possession call and an overdose call with the same subject, months apart. In the last segment the heroin abuser talks to us on camera about what life on heroin really is about.

We follow Deputy Bryan Payne, up close and personal, on his night shift, as he goes about a typical day for a Deputy in El Dorado County. This show highlights the many skills required to cover such a large area of the county and the ease at which Deputy Payne executes discernment in dealing with each issue that comes up.

Deputy Shawn Taroli heads up a probation search of a known “flop” drug house approximately 600 yards from a busy Wal-Mart. What they find is eye opening to anyone interested in a close up look at the life of Heroin and Methamphetamine users.

Our cameras follow Deputy Russ Adams as he responds to a call for help in an outlying area of the county and comes across a large illegal marijuana indoor and outdoor grow. Their medical marijuana prescription is forged.

This man is known to be dangerous to law enforcement. His house is known to be under the suspect’s surveillance via an in-house camera system.

Deputy Alana Brady, along with several other Deputies, tries to find a male wanted for felonious assault and domestic violence. The day before, his girlfriend reported her boyfriend hit her in the face 15 times. He managed to escape from the area with the kids in tow and now Deputy Brady & Deputies returns to find and arrest him. But again, he evades arrest.

Deputy Aaron Campora goes in search of two suspicious subjects in a SafeWay parking area. They find two guys with outstanding felony warrants and drugs on board. They are taken into custody.

Deputy Aaron Campora and Deputy Gray do a probation search of a known heroin user living in his parents’ home. This show reveals the difficulty facing parents to deal effectively with their children abusing heroin and their desire to protect and love their child.

Deputy Mike Roberts gets word that a woman with felony warrants is staying at a known drug house and plans and executes entry to make the arrest. Deputies and narcs question the other inhabitants and get great intel on some drug suppliers.

A reported Driving Under the Influence stop yields an intoxicated driver but focuses the viewer on the incredible ramblings of her husband, a man who had done way too many drugs for way too long. A good insight into the mind of a drug abuser.

K-9 Deputy Stephen Coburn confronts a suspicious person carrying many large swords in his backpack, who then bolts while being questioned and the pursuit and his capture ensues.

K-9 Deputy Michael Roberts enters a dramatic on and off road pursuit of a man who is wanted for assault with a deadly weapon and terrorist threats. The scene plays out at a concrete bunker the suspect calls home.

Deputy Cooney responds to a call from a pizza shop owner who claims there is a naked man, with only his socks on, running wild in his kitchen, demanding an ambulance come to help him. Deputy Bernie Brown is called to a home where suspected parental abuse and child abuse is being reported.

The Western El Dorado Narcotics Enforcement Team responds to a report that there may be someone dealing methamphetamines out of his motel room. They set up a sting operation and execute their plan resulting in recovery of over 12 ounces of Methamphetamine.

Deputy Ryan Carpenter responds to a complaint of a pump in one of the streams on his property. Deputy Carpenter investigates and follows the pump and hose to discover an illegal marijuana grow and a large stash of processed marijuana in the mobile home of two occupants. Both are arrested

Deputy Tyler Katz attempts to stop a probable DUI driver and finds a bit more than alcohol on him. His wife goes ballistic on her husband as this is his 4th felony arrest!

The Special Enforcement Detail execute a heroin search in perhaps the most disgusting house one may ever see. Deputy Nick Cortez comments on how living with a drug addiction to heroin can lead one to this place.

Deputy Bryan Payne comes across a very drunk young man and exposes the jumbled and dysfunctional mind of a habitual alcoholic. Deputy Payne handles the drunk young man with both the compassion and humor that makes him such an excellent Deputy. a routine traffic stop

Deputy Roman Fontana makes a traffic stop for a bad rear light that ends up to take down the central figure in a major ID theft ring with 3 no-bail felony warrants, a gram of Methamphetamine in a body cavity, and pulls hundreds of checks, social security cards and credit cards, plus duplicating equipment out of the trunk of the vehicle.

SEGMENT 1&2 -K-9 Deputy Hamon recognizes a car with a broken windshield and he pulls them over to find out the driver has stolen a package of crab meat from the store, was driving without a license, and discovers burglary tools in the vehicle. SEGMENT 3 -Deputy Campora responds to a call about two male subjects that were reportedly outside a bar and highly intoxicated. SEGMENT 4 -Deputy Harris responds to a call of two males fighting in a TJ Max department store. The younger man claims the older guy was a pimp. The older guy has never seen the younger guy before and doesn’t know what to say. Turns out the younger guy was a suspect in a burglary and he was taken into custody.

SEGMENT1 Deputy Harris assists Deputy Ford with a transient, well known to the Sheriff Department, who is sleeping in front of a business and is very angry and aggressive. SEGMENT 2 Deputy Campora pulls over a man and a woman in a truck, both on probation, both with no license ad one who has a felony warrant. SEGMENT 3&4 Deputy Carpenter responds to a 911 call from a man who says his wife has been beating him and just threw a hammer at him and hit him.

SEGMENT 1,2,3- Deputy Roberts pulls over a vehicle that originally was parked by a known drug house and when the occupants saw his patrol car turning around, they took off. After waiting an hour, he came back and they were there again. One had a warrant and was arrested. Then Roberts follows two probationers into the known drug house and everything becomes quite clear. SEGMENT 4- Deputy Katz responds to a call from a water company worker who was contacting people in the neighborhood about a water issue and when he knocked at this particular door, the woman was extremely inebriated and fell down.

SEGMENT1 - Deputy Harris assists other Deputies as they chase a car which came up as stolen when they passed through a Lake Tahoe Agriculture check point. Many of these checkpoints in California read the plates of the vehicles and alert CHP and the Sheriff if a car comes up stolen. The chase is on to capture the car thieves and what they find in the car is a bonanza for the good guys. SEGMENT 2&3- Deputy Campora pulls over a vehicle that has an expired registration, weaving in and out of their lane and occupied by 4 males and one female who is vomiting in the back seat. All the kids are under 18, past curfew and in trouble with their parents for sure. Deputy Campora tactfully calls each parent to come pick up their kids, and surely imparts a lifelong lesson to those kids. SEGMENT 4- Deputy Coburn pulls over a car in a known drug area with a defective tail light only to discover the driver has no license. The driver’s reason he claimed he was in the area was to meet his dad to go to DMV and get his license reissued. The Deputy points out that today is Saturday and DMV is closed. His lie exposed, a search reveals the real reason they were there.

SEGMENT1&2- K-9 Deputy Hamon responds to assist other Deputies on a report of domestic violence where the male has hit the female over the head and when the first Deputy responded to the 911 call, the assailant foot bailed and is at large. With great expertise Deputy Hamon and his K-9 partner capture the runaway and he was arrested. SEGMENT 3&4 -Deputy Harris responds to assist fellow Deputies on a burglary in progress call. They capture the alleged perpetrator who is highly agitated, combative. He was caught siphoning gas from rental vehicles. He blames the world for his situation but takes no responsibility for his own contribution. SEGMENT 4 – Deputy Stockeland responds to a report of a man who is obviously impaired, stumbling along a main road in town. Upon investigation the individual is on probation and when searched, has open needles with heroin in his pocket which almost stick the Deputy.

SEGMENT 1&2-Deputy Richardson responds to a report of domestic violence along with an assault with a deadly weapon. He takes the initially non-compliant husband into custody at gun point. SEGMENT 3 & 4- Deputy Campora makes a traffic stop on a vehicle with 3 women occupants, a car out of registration for 3 years, and some surprise drug habits they seemed to have acquired.

SEGMENT 1- Deputy Harwood checks on a woman who has major drinking issues, is on probation and reportedly is about to be evicted from her motel room where she is living. SEGMENT 2-- Deputy Braafladt is checking on the welfare of a man name David who’s neighbors called 911 on a claim that he is drunk and driving. SEGMENT 3- Deputy Braafladt also investigates an assault on David, the man he just left, by a typical backwoods citizen. Later that evening Deputy Braaflat checks out a report of a man under the influence while driving. Guess who he is? David! Third times a charm and David was arrested. SEGMENT 4- Deputy Roberts pulls over a vehicle driving at high speed. After interrogation the man admits to having a little weed but instead the Deputy locates a large bag of mushrooms.

SEGMENT1- Deputy Peek responds to Wal Mart where there is a report of a driver passed out and his vehicle is moving in reverse gear. SEGMENT 2-Deputies Arnum and Sherry of the Sheriff’s Lake Tahoe Boat Patrol pull up to a boat inflatable which was losing air and floating far out offshore with two adults and one child aboard. With the afternoon winds that routinely come up on Lake Taho,e and the very cold water temperature, they could have drowned if their boat capsized. SEGMENT 3&4- Deputy Coburn and Deputy Morton respond to a call from a homeowner who stated that two individuals were walking around a vacationing neighbor’s home, claiming they were looking to buy the house, yet it was not for sale.

SEGMENT 1,2,3-Deputy Coburn stops and questions a half-dressed man in a motel parking lot with clothes and baggage lying on the floor, in a car with an expired registration and virtually everywhere. Once determined that this person was on searchable probation for a prior felony, Deputy Coburn does a search and finds drugs, processing equipment for Hashish and pepper spray, which is a violation of his probation. After arresting the ex-felon and while transporting the probation violator in another Deputy’s vehicle, Deputy Coburn gets a radio call that a green vehicle just pulled into the same motel parking lot, also with an expired registration and three occupants. He commences to do a search on their vehicle and finds heroin, a gun, Methamphetamine and various drug paraphernalia as well and ends up arresting three more people. SEGMENT4-Deputy Shelton responds to a call from a lady who allowed a homeless person she found sleeping on her doorstep to stay in her apartment. Sometimes no good deed goes unpunished and the homeless lady trashes her house while she's away.

SEGMENT 1&2- A foursome gone wrong sparks an investigation by Deputy Hamon. SEGMENT 3- While patrolling an area after a recent string of burglaries, Deputy Peterson finds a wanted man. SEGMENT 4 – Deputy Bare is alerted to the whereabouts of two men with drugs after firing off their gun.

SEGMENT 1 - Deputy Harwood tries to make contact with a parolee from another area who may have moved into the Lake Tahoe area and he has a significant history of fighting with law enforcement. Upon arrival his girlfriend refuses to open the door. SEGMENT 2 - Deputy Fontana rushes, code 3, to an assist request for backup by another Deputy, regarding an assault taking place at a Valero gas station. Upon arrival on the scene the Deputies get the two combatants in custody and sort out what happened. SEGMENT 3&4 - Deputy Cortez responds to a domestic violence report where the husband has been said to have head butted his wife and the husband left with their child. The search then begins to find the husband.

SEGMENT 1&2- Deputy Stockeland responds to a call from Wal Mart store security that several women were stealing items. Upon investigation, he finds a lot more than stolen items. SEGMENT 3- Deputy Carpenter participates in a search of a motel room and finds a load of incriminating identity theft items and drugs. SEGMENT 4- Deputy Roberts responds, code 3, to a report of a known individual committing a robbery and who also happens to be a known officer safety threat. Reporting party advises the person is currently hiding in a boat and is reported to be armed.

SEGMENT 1&2- Deputy Hamon and Deputy Morton respond to a call from a homeowner that people were parking on the street and stealing items from the neighbor’s house. This is a house that has had theft issues previously by homeless thieves and was well known to the Deputies. SEGMENT 3-Deputy Sorey stops a vehicle driving with no license plate light and a flat tire driving down the road. Ends up to be an older lady who admitted to drinking too much wine, hit a curb and that’s why her tire is flat. SEGMENT 4-Deputy Van Buren is flagged down by another motorist on a curvy hillside mountain road advising him that another car left the roadway and tumbled down off the side of the hill rather violently. Deputy Van Buren found the vehicle on its side with two women sticking their heads out of a side window.

SEGMENT1 Deputy Hartfield responds to a passerby who said they saw a guy trying to change a tire on the side of the road and when they talked to him, he seemed really inebriated. SEGMENT 2 Deputy Taroli responds to a report of a suspicious person in the back of a business loading items onto his trunk hood. When they arrive they find the vehicle, with the license plate covered and which checks out to be stolen vehicle. SEGMENT 3&4 Deputy Bare comes upon a man with a car he claims is broken down at 3am in morning. While questioning the man, another man pulls up in a truck who claims to be the guy who is going to “jump” the stalled vehicle. A quick records check shows both on probation for drug issues. A search reveals old habits never die.

SEGMENT 1,2,3- Deputy Hangebrauck responds to a domestic violence call where it is reported by a woman that her husband slammed her head into a car. SEGMENT 4- Deputy Roberts responds to a call where a juvenile reports his dad is holding his mom on the ground. It was undetermined whether his actions are defensive or offensive until the Deputy arrived.

SEGMENT 1- Deputy Currola responds to burglar alarm at a local True Value Hardware store and with the help of other Deputies, catches the bad guys. SEGMENT 2- Deputy Richardson responds to a call from a river campground manager to eject 15 drunk and disorderly people celebrating an event in their native home of Armenia. SEGMENT 3- Campground incident above continued. SEGMENT 4- Deputy Hangerbrauck responds to an audible alarm at a business park where the alarm company reported what sounded like glass breakage. Deputy H finds the culprit hiding in the bushes!

SEGMENT 1,2,3- Deputies answer a 911 call about some lady throwing objects at passing cars and pointing her fingers like she has a gun at passerby’s. She ends up fighting the Deputies, exhibiting strength that defies logic. SEGMENT 4- Deputy Bare responds to a domestic violence call where an intoxicated woman is throwing heavy objects at her husband and biting.

SEGMENT 1&2- Deputy Vaughn responds to a woman who says her husband was stabbed by three teenagers. The teens escape, take refuge in one of the teenager’s home and SWAT is called out to take them into custody SEGMENT 3&4-Deputy Taroli responds to a 911 call for trespassers at a location where drug users are known to congregate.

SEGMENT 1,2,3,4-Deputy Petersen responds to a 911 call of a girl stabbing another person in a housing complex. The story grows from an argument to a stabbing and a maze of lies and distortions.

SEGMENTS 1,2 3,4- Deputy Taroli responds to a house fire several days before Christmas. He arrives code 3 and the house is fully engulfed. He has his hands full, dealing with the homeowners, evacuating neighbors and assisting firefighters as the fire spreads. He also plays Santa to some kids who lost everything in the fire.

SEGMENT 1&2- Deputy Roberts responds to a 911 call about a lady stealing from a convenience store. She ends up putting up quite a battle. SEGMENT 3&4- Deputy Sosa responds to a 911 call where a woman claimed a prostitute was soliciting her husband in a restaurant.

SEGMENT 1 - A team of detectives and undercover Deputies carry off a prostitution sting in an attempt to identify and assist underage girls trapped in sex trafficking rings, and at the same time, arrest their traffickers as well. SEGMENT 2 & 3– Deputy Stockland responds to a report by a store owner of a man looking into car windows in a mall parking lot. What he finds is a surprise. SEGMENT 4- Deputy Shelton is called to a business where a car with 4 occupants is parked and the occupants appear to be up to no good.
