When last we left our adventurers; Bubbles, Synnove, Aelys, Sal, and JB have been given their first task in their entrance exam for the Copper Legion; Journey through the Lifeless Sea, reclaim a mine overrun by Rats, and return by the next sundown. Sal has come up with a plan to create a sandfoil to traverse the desert at exquisite speeds. With the acquisition of the necessary wood from a derelict temple, and after an unfortunate altercation on the beach, how will our examinees fair as the sun sets? Our adventurers journeyed deep within the rat-infested mine of the Lifeless Sea, finally encountering a massive crystal trapped within the corpse of the rat-Queen. One by one they communed with the crystal and were met with a vision of Ünen. Now linked by something unexplainable, our Copper Legion examinees must journey back to Spearhold keep before sundown.

When last we left our brave adventurers, they emerged victorious in a battle against their rival Copper Legion candidates! With the help of their new benefactor, Hareem Lord Hareem, they returned triumphantly to Spearhold Keep aboard his magnificent solar skiff, "The Heirloom." As they savor a brief moment of peace, deals are made and bargains struck—some remembered, others forgotten. Now, our heroes prepare for the next stage of their exam, ready to uncover the mysteries that lie ahead. Will they rise to the challenge and conquer what awaits? Last time on Dark Age, the adventurers were jolted awake by Lord Hareem's urgent call. They rushed to defend the Chubb Family farm from a horde of rabbit-masked cultists and, thankfully, emerged victorious! After a day of helping the Chubb family with various tasks—some more arcane than others—our heroes are ready for their next challenge. At sunrise, the real test begins. The Copper Legion entrance exam takes them deep into the Rusted Tomb, where ancient secrets and untold dangers lurk. With Welby Chubb joining their ranks, will our heroes uncover the mysteries below or fall to the tomb's dark magic? After braving the dangers of The Rusted Tomb, our heroes now face an even greater challenge above ground. A mysterious figure has abducted Sal, leaving Synnove, JB, Bubbles and Aelys to deal with the aftermath. The path to the Copper Legion is nearly open–but the true cost is yet to be revealed.

Our brave examinees have made their way back to Spearhold Keep, where they've officially joined the ranks of the Copper Legion as D-Rank recruits. Now they must forge their hard won copper to signify their status within the Legion. With a brief moment of respite in the enchanting city of Faleeria, our adventurers prepare for the challenge that lie ahead.
