Aleša and her colleagues are trying to manage the chaos in the call center during the floods. On her return to Slovenia, Mia also faces difficulties in heavy rains. At the call centre, Aleša receives a call from a child who is a witness to domestic violence and a call from a person in need who has been exposed to cyberbullying and is desperate about their life situation. The whole team is gathered in a meeting room, where they analyze the events of the past week with a psychologist. Mia nervously awaits Ivona, who is supposed to come from Slovakia, but her numbers remain elusive. Alesha meets with her mother to talk about the apartment. Amid a mountain of calls at work, Mia is surprised by a visit from her father. Meanwhile, Aleša is stuck in an elevator with her mother.
