“Cameron is the MacGuyver of magic. You give him three items and he will give you 10 crowd pleasing effects in return.” - Ryan Schlutz
What will he teach?
Cardnection – One of Cameron’s favorite openers. A spectator freely selects a card (really!). The deck is given a few cuts. Another spectator freely touches a card – it is the first spectator’s card!
Oh, No, Not Another Thing! – After fairly losing the four Aces in the deck, they instantly reappear in four different places.
Precursor – A super commercial Ace Assembly.
Over And Out – The Aces cleanly reverse in the deck and then transpose with a selection.
Absorption – Four Jacks “absorb” three selections in a completely baffling manner.
Straight Time – Inversion meets Triumph in one very commercial effect.
Eat Fresh – Inspired by the Buck Twins’ “Subway” effect. But you don’t have to have the skill of Dan or Dave to do it. Lucky you.
Shades of Silver – Chink a chink with only four coins. No extra coins or gimmicks.
Hold That Ghost – A variation of Roy Walton’s Ambitious Ghost with a one-two punch ending.
Reswindled Again – Caleb Wiles’ “Reswindled” reloaded!

"I can hardly wait for the Penguin Live lecture of Rick Anderson. He's one of the most underground, best kept secrets in magic. Without his influence, inspiration and guidance I wouldn't be the guy I am today." –
Shawn Farquhar
"Rick Anderson is old-school in the best way: he does commercial magic that is clean and clear, and I always like to watch him perform." - Joshua Jay
"Rick Anderson is one of my favourite magicians to watch. He's devilishly skilled and hilariously funny. A lethal combination. You are going to love him!" - Matt Johnson
"Rick has a certain style about his coin work that makes it particularly enjoyable to watch. He's also a real thinker about how to make technique more deceptive and natural and how to make it all entertaining." - Michael Ammar
"If you're looking for solid, commercial magic that you can make a living with, you could examine every trick and ask, 'Is this practical, powerful, and do people respond to it?' But it's easier to just ask, 'does Rick Anderson do it?' I know this because Rick was doing that kind of magic when I first saw him, at a convention some 40 years ago. In fact, his performance helped convince a goofy teenager from Hawaii that coin magic could be entertaining. Over the years, Rick has become a well-oiled performing machine, carefully disguised as a scruffy teddy bear. And you know you can never completely trust bears." - Curtis Kam
"Rick Anderson has been one of the top professional performers in the Northwest for forty years- but it doesn't stop there. From the beginning, Rick has been an active and selfless mentor and teacher for a ton of the young talent we now have in Seattle and Tacoma; Now is not only your chance to benefit from his technical expertise, but also his solid advice and experience in entertaining real (that means "paying") audiences as well." - Jack Carpenter
"Rick Anderson is a natural teacher. He is a true student of magic and a superb performer so his instruction not only

a solid working pro. John's lecture will be entertaining and informative with lots of effects that will

“John T. Sheets is the penultimate performer! I've learned more from him than I can fathom. I
couldn't have built the foundation of my CD manipulation act without his ideas!” - Bill Cook
"I've known John for 40 years. I have always admired his serious approach to his magic. He has valuable insights from his years of experience. Don't miss this." - Doc Eason

JTS’ Ring Thing: This is John’s take on this modern classic, taking it several steps further with
his own unique and original moves. This routine is super visual and truly amazing!
Coloration: A highly visual, award winning Color Changing Deck routine, which has fooled many top professionals in the industry. It uses a regular deck of cards, and leaves the deck clean afterwards for other effects!
Caught in the Middle: A modern and super visual sandwich effect, utilizing the original “JTSalignment” move. This incredible 3 faze routine uses a regular deck of cards.
Caught in the Middle -Quickie Version: A super quick, visual, eye-popping single faze sandwhich effect using the “JTS alignment’ move, and a regular deck of cards.

"Growing up in my hometown, Dan Paulus was the king of the corporate market and always left audiences laughing and delighted. His ideas are well scripted and real world tested. There is so much to learn about comedy magic from Dan Paulus, the working pro." - Paul Draper
What will he teach?
Shout! A quick tongue in cheek mind reading trick where the magician looks for small facial clues from the spectator to try and guess first the suit then the value of a single card. Hint...the spectator always flinches!
The Worlds Most Dangerous Card Trick! A Card Stab Routine by Dan Paulus, based on a premise from Tarbell. A signed card is lost in the deck which is then wrapped tightly in a sheet of newspaper. A large throwing knife is then plunged into the deck by the spectator. The newspaper is ripped off and the deck removed to find the signed card impaled on the blade of the knife! This is a great trick but the real fun is in the journey! The comedy routine around the trick is filled with possible danger to the entire audience.

Robert Baxt is proud of the fact that he has never had a "real" job. After putting himself through college with money he earned from doing kids' birthday party shows, he was presented with the dual opportunities of being accepted to both Ringling Bros. Clown College, and to Law School. Without hesitation, our hero chose the one that would better for his comedy career: Law School! But after graduating with a juris doctorate degree and taking the Bar exam, Robert never practiced law and proceeded on to a full time career in show business.
With his comedy magic act, he won both the 1st Prize in the National I.B.M. Gold Medal Stage Competition (Lance Burton handed him the trophy and Robert claims it still has his DNA on it!), followed the next year by a FISM trophy for Comedy in Madrid, Spain.

Worker’s Magician’s Insurance Policy This commercial routine, which evolved over years of real world trial and error, entertainingly combines audience participation and the classic ‘magician in trouble’ ploy. The Insurance Policy is the surprise final revelation of a four selected card routine.
Psychic Connection A spectator uses a special ‘psychic key’ to unlock their psychic abilities. A playing card is freely selected sight unseen. The spectator then randomly cuts the deck into three
piles. The top card of each pile identifies the color, suit and value of the selected card. For an eerie surprise ending the three digit number created by the cut to cards is found engraved on the fob of the ‘Psychic key’.
Card In Photograph A freely selected playing card magically appears on a photograph. I have three versions all of which are accomplished without sleight of hand.
