The New Wife sees couple Donna and Matt move in with his ex-partner Ashleigh to try build a working relationship for the sake of their children. Ashleigh and Matt, who split up three years ago, share four-year-old daughter Isabella. But the little girl has not seen her father in six months because overprotective Ashleigh does not trust Matt and his new girlfriend Donna to properly care for her daughter. Now, the loved up couple (and their baby daughter Grace) have moved into Ashleigh's home for a week... and the uncomfortable scenario is as painfully awkward as you'd expect.
