Frank, hard-hitting, funny and honest, it's a real reflection of Scotland today. We hear from Euan and James in Motherwell about their carnivore cravings, while in Shetland Sandra and Caroline definitely steer clear of tripe. Mariam and Pearl in Aberdeen talk about the side of immigration that gets on their nerves and Joyce tells Jim in Ayr never to shush her! Finally, we head to the NHS University Hospital Wishaw where an amazing salon has been opened for the patients. Run by the nurses and students, they provide a level of care that provides something amazing that even medicine can't.

We hear from Ex and David in Maryhill about the best and worst experiences of going to school in Glasgow, X-Factor star Nicky tells Euan in Motherwell about his gran's hilarious mobile phone technique, whilst Ian explains to Matthew how phones have caused us to evolve with bigger thumbs and necks. Meanwhile, Ashleigh and Debbie in Glasgow chat about heading off to Turkey for some cheaper new teeth. We end in Dundee, where Lorraine tells Norrie about her recent experiences with the amazing NHS staff who worked tirelessly to save her partner.

In the final episode of the current series, the show is back in the confessional of Scotland's barbers and hairdresser to talk about being Scottish, vegans, sex and babies. In Inverness, psychic multidimensional healer Rachel-Jane and friend Angela chat about Angela's love for a spooky castle. Meanwhile in Motherwell, The Singing Barber Ian and client Zander think being Scottish can be a hilarious contradiction. In Rutherglen, former beauty queen Abbie tells Cheryl about her life as the Scottish Disneyland princess. Brad and Lorraine admit the vegan lifestyle isn't for them, despite it being a much healthier option. Cheryl and April in Rutherglen discuss whether it's ok or not to Netflix and chill with a new partner, whilst Ian and Euan in Motherwell agree that having a girlfriend that likes to play computer games is a foundation for a good relationship. The show ends in Inverness with Rachel-Jane and Angela who shares the heartbreaking story of her miscarriage.
