While investigating the mystery of disappearing girls, the Matlock police discover a white slave trading racket where young girls are spirited away to become prostitutes in the big cities. 14-year-old Jenny Perkins becomes one of their victims, but is protected by Sue Palmer, an unwilling accomplice. The situation becomes dangerous as the police tangle with the small band of slavers who make a living out of selling people.
