thank you to all the amazing guys who were apart of this video on and off-screen, I couldn't have made this without you! I wanted to have more guys on this video but a bunch of people flaked on me last minute so I had to do with what I had. I would love to interview strangers to get more diverse perspectives but with covid that might have to wait. Maybe I'll make a part 2.

i also wanna give meditation and thinking aloud an honorbale mention. meditation is a great way to achieve many of the things i mention in the video. i recommend talking to yourself aloud as well. it may seem a bit strange but its a great way to self soothe when feeling anxious and to clear your mind. sometimes i like to just lay down on my bed and think out loud.

after I filmed this video I called my dad and we talked about that conversation after months of it actually happening hahah. don't be afraid to communicate and ask for clarification. 9 times out of 10 it'll save a lot of grief. this was a cathartic video for me. if no one even watches this or benefits from this video, I know this was a video I really needed to make for myself. now I can officially let go of all these useless insecurities I was holding onto to. love yourself stay woke.
