Linda, Chris and their two athletic, teenage daughters are constantly competing for space in their dark and dreary, outdated lakeside home. Linda is at her wits' end with her chopped-up floor plan and dysfunctional space and hopes Todd can deliver a spacious, turnkey house without sacrificing the neighborhood she’s come to love.
