But not all of the raw recruits are desperate to become vets when they're older. It's day one at vet school for the six new junior vets and new mentor Alex Riley. The junior vets get their hands on cute wriggling piglets that need their vitamins, a huge horse that may be having a baby and tiny kittens in need of a new home. Over the coming weeks, Alex will be at their side as they take on some really extreme vet jobs. And at the end of their journey, the top dog will be named head vet by Alex.
