Ryu Su Young, Lee Seung Yoon, Seo In Guk, and UIe fly to Vanuatu to promote Korean food culture. However, the trip is exhausting as there is no direct flight. After transferring many times, they arrive in Port Vila, the capital city of Vanuatu. They first have dinner to taste the local food. Then, they go grocery shopping to buy ingredients to cook in the jungle. Su Young even practices cooking the ingredients so that he can be prepared. Then, they go to an island by boat and meet the locals there. When they finally arrive at their last destination, a village called Tasmate, they are surprised by its pristine beauty.

Su Young, Seung Yoon, In Guk, and UIe are treated to coconuts in the Tasmate village. Seung Yoon tries to crack a coconut open like a local does, but he finds his skill is not good enough. After they taste freshly picked coconuts, they watch the locals cook laplap in their traditional way and taste it. After they leave the Tasmate village, they get to the villa island, where they go fishing and prepare a meal. Su Young, Seung Yoon, In Guk, and UIe wake up in Tasmate, hearing the children's laughter. Starting the day by drinking watermelon juice as the locals do, they set out to search for megapodes' eggs, which the locals have for breakfast. After harvesting the eggs, they go for another ingredient, which they are reluctant and scared to try. Then, they go out to the sea to catch some fish, and Su Young cooks various dishes with the rare ingredients they've harvested.

Su Young and Seung Yoon fish for a blue marlin in the sea, while In Guk and UIe try to catch freshwater fish on the land. After they're done hunting for food, Su Young cooks a dish in Korean style with Vanuatuan ingredients, which they all enjoy. Then, In Guk and UIe go to catch coconut crabs, which In Guk has been craving. The next morning, all four members attend the annual festival in Tasmate, where they share food with the locals. The members even dance to a K-pop song for a special performance!

Kim Kyung Nam, the actor, joins the show to go on a trip to the Philippines. They get to Manila for a layover but find out their flight has been canceled due to heavy rain. As they can't reach Palawan, their final destination, at the scheduled time, they have to make do in Manila for some time. They first book a guesthouse and then drive around searching for a market.
