Now it becomes meta! Because the planned (and financed) 16th video of our Japan Documentary 2018 action will give you a close look behind the scenes of the whole project, with scenes in front of and behind the camera, unused Japan footage, descriptions of near catastrophes right after the near catastrophe, such things. And this video here again is meta-meta, because it shows you a short excerpt from the later video without editing it:
When setting the Yokohama video to music, the length of the prepared text does not fit, which triggers various additional works by Jörg. At the end he is busy for about 15 minutes for 45 seconds dubbing. Have fun watching!

Of course the TGS is not fundamentally different from other big game fairs like the GDC, the E3 or the Gamescom. But it already has a different flair and a different focus. In addition, the exhibitors here still use the services of numerous young women in costumes to evoke photos and videos (and thus PR and attention) for their own products.
This year Jörg Langer spent one day in the service of GamersGlobal and one and a half days primarily for two episodes of his Japan-Dokus 2018 at the TGS - here you can see a summary of his experiences and, at the end, a tiny view of both video-documents.

Another video of the Japan-Docus 2018: The effort (looping two suitcases along, buying hundreds of gimmicks at night or early in the morning, sending suitcases to the airport by courier) was worth it: In this video the thank you gifts to the donors of the 190-Euro-und-mehr class are presented (and then packed and sent).
In addition, we raffle a package among all other participants, whereby the number of different medals increased the luck of the draw (there was one lot per different medal, so a maximum of four - with five medals you were in the safe souvenir recipient group anyway). In this draw the user TomTurbo was lucky - although he only had one medal and therefore only one lot.
Towards the end, Jörg Langer also reveals the special Japan Focus 2018 sticks that will be sent to donors of the 100 Euro class in mid-December - filled with all previous videos in 4K (or optionally 1080p). Since about 15 USB sticks would have to remain, they will also be available for individual purchase.
