She begins in Barbados, where she goes snorkelling with two fellow Brits from Yorkshire, and hires private tour guide Dawn Lisa to point out the magical sights that leave Jane in awe of the flora, fauna and culture of the island.
On St Lucia, Jane travels to the heart of the rainforest to view the flora and fauna from above the canopy. She relaxes in a hot tub heated by a volcano and meets Pepsi of Pepsi and Shirlie fame who runs a sailboat charter business.
