Friendly and respected pharmacist (Dermot Crowley), recently widowed, starts to pressure his young assistant (Annabelle Apsion) to be more than his assistant. She has her own troubles with her ex-husband (Ian Puleston-Davies), a cop with drinking problems, wanting to have more time with their son (Harry Eden).
