Expedition Theme Park

Join us on Expedition.. Expedition Everest: Legend of the Forbidden Mountain as we look through the history of Walt Disney World's most expensive roller coaster ever. Now 15 years old, this Vekoma roller coaster at Animal Kingdom turned the theme park into more than just a zoo. As one of the best rides anywhere in the world, it only had one large problem. The Yeti would break shortly after opening and be put into a mode of Disco.

As Universal's Islands of Adventure opened the latest and great roller coaster - VelociCoaster join us for part 1 looking at what stood before. The Triceratops Encounter or later known as Triceratops Discovery Trail was a short-lived attraction allowing guests to get up close and personal with realistic animatronic dinosaurs. The unpopular experience was later abandoned within the park and reopened multiple times.

Join us on Expedition Extinct as we look at the Abandoned History of Wet 'n Wild Las Vegas formerly located on the Las Vegas Strip. The third of the Wet n Wild domestic parks opened in 1985 and became a favorite summer location for locals. Before it was forced to close and the land it sat on was left abandoned.

Join us on Expedition Expedition Thorpe Park as we once again take a look at the history of Saw: The Ride. This Halloween we delve deeper into the story of the attraction than ever before on a remade Expedition on the first horror movie-based rollercoaster. Celebrating 4 years on Youtube we look at the ride that could have nearly been something completely different.

Join us on Expedition Extinct as we look at the troubled history of Six Flags Atlantis. Originally planned to be called Atlantis: The Water Kingdom, this forgotten Six Flags Water Park in Hollywood, Florida had a difficult time during construction before lawsuits, accidents, and an eventual sale plagued the park's very short existence. A closure which was often blamed on a Hurricane. There is very little footage of this park available. If you have any from the park's lifetime let me know in the comments. I would love to see it!

Join us on a new Expedition Extinct as we look at the weird history of the construction-based theme park - Diggerland. Here kids as young as 5 can operate full-size excavators and diggers. With multiple locations around the world, 2021 saw the first of the Diggerland Parks go extinct.
