The episode starts out with Akuji giving his opinions about the war between Japan and Ouime (WIME), it then shifts to a much lighter tone featuring both Akuji and Satsu informing the viewer about various characters and factions that take place within the series, Akuji then proceeds to tell Satsu that he is checking up on Tamanegi, Akuji then brings Tamanegi an injured girl in which he suddenly captured, Tamanegi and Akuji begin to torture the girl enough into making her a slave for Akuji's growing company.
