The sport-touring category may conjure images of gray beards and boring bikes, but these days the segment is home to some seriously fast machines. Think BMW S 1000 XR, Kawasaki Ninja 1000 SX, and even Aprilia’s Tuono V4. Can these high-performance STs hang with a ZX-10R, a real super bike?
