Cashing In

This week Cash Converters store manager, Harry, decides to put in place a cunning new plan to whip the staff into a sales frenzy, while Elaine sells her fridge to raise ten pounds, a family tragedy means one couple need to suddenly raise funeral expenses and the staff try to stall a phone thief so the police can arrest him.

The staff have to impress the inspectors from head office and also have to deal with the prospect of judgement by a mystery shopper. Amanda is desperate to raise cash to feed the family while Ginger is run over sending William into pawn overdrive.

The staff take on their biggest high street rivals in a grudge football match, while shop boss Harry tries to motivate more sales using his unique management style. Desperate customer Robert tries to pass off a homemade lamp as a work of art, while unemployed mum Leanne is swamped by debt and deals with eviction.
