In this episode, we meet The Radfords are pregnant with their 17th child and for Noel and sue the process still hasn’t lost its magic. But with Noel working 80 hour weeks at his bakery just to keep his cramped household fed, when is enough really enough?

In this episode we are introduced to a family that are unique in that even though there are 13 children, all but one of them are female. In this house full of lip gloss, high heels and hair extensions, being the prettiest and best dressed is a never ending competition.

In this episode The Hamlins, are determined not to take government handouts. Dad works, mum stays at home and does the odd job and they budget fiercely to stay afloat. In their opinion, it was their choice to have 12 children so it is their responsibility to look after them.

The Radfords have 16 kids and their eldest, who still lives with them, has a child of her own. Having 19 under the one roof can make things a bit crowded, but Sue and Noel wouldn’t have it any other way and have plans to add even more kids to the litter. Sue and Noel met when they were 8 and became sweethearts at 13, having their first child at 14.

Super mom, Sue, is currently expecting her 16th baby. Her eldest daughter Sophie, who is 18 and living at home, is also due to have her first baby… Meet the Radfords! The UK’s largest family living under one roof.

Since having a stillborn baby boy three years ago, Sue's health is increasingly at risk during pregnancy and birth. Now 42 years old and having given birth to 19 children, doctors want to keep her under close supervision and consider this birth high-risk. Sue and Noel are starting to realise they have a big decision to make about their baby-making addiction and the future of their family.
