Roman Kemp presents live from the heart of London as Nile Rodgers and Chic stage an exclusive concert to welcome in the new year. As well as Chic classics including Good Times, Everybody Dance and Le Freak, multiple Grammy Award-winning composer, producer, arranger and guitarist Nile Rodgers has also contributed to a string of other worldwide hits, including Let's Dance by David Bowie, Diana Ross's I'm Coming Out, Sister Sledge's We Are Family and Get Lucky with Daft Punk and Pharrell Williams. Nile and Chic perform many of these massive hits to begin the build-up to midnight and the start of the spectacular, world-famous fireworks display over the River Thames.

As Big Ben strikes midnight, live coverage from the Thames Embankment of one of the most spectacular fireworks displays to be seen anywhere in the world.
