"BAYSIDE SHAKEDOWN: Wangan Police Station Female Police Officers' Story" is a Japanese TV movie that aired on June the 19th 1998 in Japan. It's one of the spin-offs of the Japanese TV drama "Bayside Shakedown" that aired in 1997 in Japan, but the original cast of the series only made small cameos in this sequel. The movie follows the struggles of young rookie Natsumi beginning her career as a female police officer at the same Wangan police station in which the action from the TV series took place.

On November 24, 2003, soon after police had closed down the Rainbow Bridge to apprehend the perpetrators of the “Daiba serial murder case,” police “negotiator” Mashita (Yusuke Santa Maria) found himself surrounded by reporters outside the Bayside Police Department. “Well, yes, I’ve been getting a lot of attention as the department’s first official negotiator….” was Mashita response to a reporter’s question. One year later, that remark would come back to haunt him, embroiling he and all of Tokyo in a subway crisis of potentially disastrous proportions. Tokyo, Dec. 24, 2004. Christmas Eve. As dusk falls, the crush of commuters mounts. Not a good time for all the city’s subways to stop running. Suddenly, the Metropolitan Police Department is faced with perhaps their biggest crisis ever. Somebody has hijacked the “Spider E4-600,” a state-of-the-art prototype super train, and is remotely controlling it via the Internet to run rampant through the massive web of underground railways that lies beneath Tokyo. Police Superintendent Muroi (Toshiro Yanagiba) summons negotiator, Mashita, who is told, to his horror, that the mystery train jacker, who goes by the name of “Dangan (Bullet) Liner,” has named Mashita personally to “come out and play on the trains.”

One day in February, 2005, Metropolitan Police Department Superintendent Muroi (Toshiro Yanagiba) is arrested to take responsibility for a botched murder case he headed. His faithful colleagues, including Arashiro (Toshio Kakei) and Okita (Miki Maya), only exacerbate the situation when they try to help clear his name. Is Muroi guilty as charged or merely taking the fall? What is the truth behind the murder? Two lawyers, one determined to get Muroi, the other resolved to save him, a feud between two police departments, political power plays and legal trappings, all combine to orchestrate Muroi’s downfall.

"Fugitive: Kijima Jouichirou" takes place two months before the events described in "Negotiator." A man takes a small boy hostage in a house. The police negotiator, Mashita (Yusuke Santamaria), tries to talk the kidnapper into giving up the boy, but is unsuccessful. Detective Kijima (Susumu Terajima) takes over and rescues the boy by force. However, when the police try to take the boy back to his parents he panics and puts up resistance. After talking to him, Kijima takes the boy under his wing and escapes, becoming a fugitive himself.

Hideki Haijima (Norito Yashima) is a lawyer from the previous Bayside Shakedown spin-off movie "The Suspect" who is the focus, caught up in the battle over an important piece of land. The tv movie is directed by the assistant director of THE SUSPECT, Daisaku Kobayashi.

After Detective Shunsaku Aoshima (Yuji Oda) is promoted to section chief he has the daunting task of dealing with eight cases at the same time, which includes a murder case, bomb threat, and a bus hijacking. Complications also arise between Detective Aoshima and his juniors.

Detective Shunsaku Aoshima (Yuji Oda) is now promoted to a section chief at Wangan Police Station. Meanwhile, Masayoshi Mashita (Yusuke Santamaria), who is now the police chief announces that Detective Ou (Kenichi Takito) will have a large scale wedding. Government official Shinji Muroi (Toshiro Yanagiba) and high ranking public officers from China will attend the wedding. Everyone at the police station soon gets nervous about the wedding and the police station becomes chaotic. The police officers then learn that an international marriage swindler, who is on the international most wanted list, has arrived in Japan.

Set 2 years after prior film "Bayside Shakedown 3: Set the Guys Loose," a major case occurs that has the potential to take down the entire police organization. For the next 3 days, Shunsaku Aoshima (Yuji Oda) and his colleagues struggle to unravel the case ...
