The director of photography, Sylvestre Campe and the paramotor pilot, Kester Haynes, together go in search of the most remote and extraordinary landscapes around the world. The first mission is to fly over the volcano responsible for the greatest eruption of the 20th century.

In the region where the paraglider is born, Sylvestre Campe and Kester Haynes set aside their engines and take off with only their wings. The two friends depart on a flight to the imposing Mont Blanc with its 4,810 meters of altitude.

Kester's mission in this episode is to guide Sylvestre on a paramotor flight through the region of Italy to the home of his brother Calyxte, sculptor and artist. The next day, the two friends travel an enormous distance from the Mediterranean Sea to the island of Elba.
