Sara, Harsh and Oscar, of the JOSH team are taken aback when Aditya, a jockey and the team owner, takes them head on in a race that has their millions at stake. Who is Aditya Singhania and what is he doing in Goa.

Aditya works his charm and makes Sara a part of his deal. The deal to buy the race course. Isha, an honest cop, goes to extreme ends to reopen a case that has her personal agenda. At the auction of the race course, Aditya and Sara are left shocked. Isha lands at Goa airport with Nandu, but faces an unexpected situation.

Isha finds past connections in Goa when she meets Oscar. Harsh and Sara start losing their grip on power. Aditya makes his way into Sara's life and becomes the only person she can trust. Sara demands the race course from Aditya . Left with no option, Aditya and Tony confront each other.

Aditya's connection with Tony is revealed. Aditya strikes a deal with Tony. Tina becomes their sole target. Harsh and Oscar plan against Sara to snatch the race course. Isha stumbles on an important lead that brings her a step closer to solving the case.

Sara has lost all her trust in her brother and husband. Aditya becomes her only savior. Isha and Oscar heal their past scars and start coming closer while solving the case. Aditya takes Tina to Tony but turns out the rules of the game were set by Aditya himself.

Isha feels that she has got the answers to all her questions after arresting Aditya. But once she meets him, she finds herself in a pool of questions again. Sara receives a government letter cancelling the race course lease. Harsh, Sara and Oscar rise up again but they fall down harder.

Oscar becomes Aditya's first target. Harsh and Sara open all their cards. Right now, it is them against their karma. Isha is left with no other option but to trust Aditya. Aditya is a fugitive now, and the government announces a bounty on him. But nothing distracts him from getting his revenge.

Harsh and Sara are left helpless. Aditya is zeroing down on them. Isha's anger towards her brother rises as she unties with Harsh and Oscar. Aditya has no option but to pursue his path no matter what it costs. Isha wants to arrest Aditya but Tina helps him leave. At Oscar's funeral, Isha tells Harsh and Sara their lives are in danger. Tina goes to meet Isha but is kidnapped. At the hotel, the Commissioner is waiting for Harsh to bring the money.

Isha has many unanswered questions about Harsh's connection with the commissioner. Sara meets Harsh in the prison and asks for the secret code of their casino deal. Isha relooks at the evidence and is convinced Aditya is innocent. Aditya falls in Sara's trap. Sara decides to finish the game once and for all and elope the country.

Isha wants to fight back but is left with no reason. Sara has covered all her tracks. She has become the sole owner of all the properties. But karma comes biting her back in the finale episode of Poison 2. Sara wants to leave the country with the black money. Isha confronts her for killing Aditya but has no proof. Sara meets the casino manager who asks for extra money. Sara opens her tab to transfer but her bank balance is zero.
