In this episode, Joe meets four people determined to overhaul their health, lifestyles and bodies. Pub landlords and husband and wife Jim and Helen want to call time on their unhealthy lifestyle of long hours, free drinks and late-night takeaways. Jake from Oldham takes regular exercise - walking from his desk to the printer - and lives on a diet of fast food. Jake wants to get fit again. Elise from Bradford has lost all her body confidence and it's stopping her enjoying activities with her children.
