Fifty meters below the surface in Hanö Bay, Anne learns what a submarine crew wants from the minimal galley. During a very hectic week, Anne Lundberg cooks real food with chef Richard Finnman at the Swedish embassy in Tokyo. It will be a Nobel lunch for curious Japanese and a big gala dinner with a ministerial visit. In addition, Anne gets to see much of the huge city with over 35 million inhabitants, meet Japanese hambo enthusiasts and eat delicacies such as cod milk and tobacco ice cream.

On the beautiful English south coast, Anne learns all about gusts, competition nerves and above all about how important food is to succeed in sailing. There will be a lunch bag in a stiff gale and delicious three-course dinners in the sailors' villa where Anne is invited into the national team's wonderful community.
