Épreuve du classique revisité : le monstrueux roulé Cyril attend des huit pâtissiers toujours en lice qu'ils revisitent un des gâteaux les plus moelleux et réconfortants qui soient : le roulé ! À eux de rendre ce grand classique aussi effrayant que gourmand par le pochage et la décoration ! Épreuve technique : le terrible gâteau-cerveau Un délicieux biscuit viennois en tourbillon, un diabolique croustillant au chocolat, une douce et légère ganache montée, un cœur ultra coulant à la cerise : le gâteau-cerveau est certainement la plus bluffante des créations tirées du grimoire de Mercotte, aussi alléchante que terrifiante !
