There are only 5 pastry pairs left in the tent to compete, but in order to claim the title, they will have to impress Cyril Lignac and Christelle Brua during two new tests, otherwise they will find themselves in the final face-off and risk elimination. For the first time, the pairs will face a duel with a Meilleur Ouvrier de France, Christophe Renou, on the theme of the rolled cake, the chef's specialty. At the end of a breathtaking test and a blind tasting, will the pastry pairs succeed in beating the MOF? For the second round, the pairs will have to create a unique cake by making their own mold. Alongside the talented Ukrainian chef Dinara Kasko, world-renowned for her extraordinary molds, they will have to show their creativity to offer a never-before-seen dessert. Who will seduce the chefs the most? Who will have to fight for their place in the final showdown?

It's time for the semi-final in the Best Professional Pastry Chef tent. For the 4 pairs still in the running, the two tests on the program are going to be particularly intense. To begin with, the candidates will have to imagine a cake around chocolate in 8 textures and not one less. Created by one of the world's best pastry chefs, Australian chef Peter Gilmore, this dessert will challenge their technical dexterity. It's up to them to show what kind of texture they're made of! For the second round, they will have to propose to Cyril Lignac, Christelle Brua and the guest chef, MOF Jérôme Chaucesse, a real culinary show. Thanks to their dessert on the plate and their creative staging, the candidates will have to seduce all the senses of the jury and propose an original presentation of their dessert. Who will be able to convince the chefs? Who will face the elimination round under the guidance of Pierre Hermé to reach the final?

The final straight for the 3 pairs of professional pastry chefs still under the tent! And who says final says exceptional tests. No less than 5 experts - best worker in France, world champion and champion of the sweet arts - will challenge the candidates in an extraordinary test. Each chef will impose a constraint worthy of the world's greatest pastry competitions. Five challenges to be met to create the perfect dessert that will send two of the three pairs to the final. For the final round, the pastry chefs will have to create their own pastry stand and offer the most gourmet of shows to convince the invited public and the chefs Christelle Brua, Cyril Lignac and Pierre Hermé, guest chef of the grand finale, to vote for them. The most talented pair will be crowned best pastry chef and will have the honor of creating a unique dessert with Pierre Hermé.
