Return of the odd-couple comedy starring Nick Helm, about the dysfunctional relationship between an uncle and his nephew, beginning one year on with 13-year-old Errol unable to pluck up the courage to ask Ben to drop the restraining order. Meanwhile, Sam is now a therapist and is struggling with a new client, and Andy is still stuck in a dead-end job, and has lost his enthusiasm for songwriting.

When Sam ropes Andy into chaperoning Errol's Halloween school dance, the family makes a joint oath to stay out of trouble. But that might prove difficult when Andy and Melodie get locked in a storeroom together by an old enemy who also wants to thwart Errol's plans to get his first kiss.
