Ex-opera singer Jenny Hadfield and partner Richard Martin run Jeake's House in Rye in East Sussex. Jenny prides herself on the literary themed B&B, which means the explicit image in one of the bedroom is erotica, and most definitely not porn.
Next stop is Great Yarmouth where Samantha finds a cob web in her room!
Last up are Sam and Jules in Scotland. But while Lunan Lodge may or may not be haunted, the B&B rivals are far more frightened of sharing the one and only guest bathroom.

Next up is Jayne and Keith's North Yorkshire establishment, Overdale Guesthouse, where Jayne has accumulated a collection of miniature pigs to give the place a homely atmosphere. Which may explain why a trip around town includes a visit to a local gift shop where the pigs can be bought.
The final night takes the group down to Anne and John's Art House, a converted old fire station the owners have crammed full of contemporary pieces made by themselves and their friends. But will the visiting couples find the art to their liking?

This edition features a luxury hi tech B&B in Durham, a five-star premises in the regency town of Cheltenham, and a rural retreat in Devon.
First up is the five-star silver rated Fallen Angel in Durham, where John Marshall has spent in excess of £2 million on fantasy styled rooms. His suites cost up to £300 a night, but Richard and Jane from Devon seem confused by the 'Le Jardin' suite, complete with turf carpet and al fresco hot tub.
Next is a trip to the peace and tranquillity of Richard and Jane Organ's Wilsham Farm on Exmoor, North Devon. Although filled with rural charm, John has a few issues with his room, including the lack of a full length mirror, for which he was marked down back in Durham.
The final night is at Veronica and James Richie's Hanover House in Cheltenham. The proud owners have filled the place with family photos and personal touches and say they strive for excellence. But their guests aren't quite as impressed with the cob webs and a private bathroom located down a flight of stairs.
After paying up, who will take the crown for the best value for money B&B?

Next is a trip to 18th-century Frampton House in the Dorset countryside. Nick and Georgina Maynard's 5-star B&B offers three double rooms at £90 a night.
The final B&B is eco-friendly Nut Tree Farm, in the heart of Somerset. Melvyn and Anne offer three double rooms at £75 a night. But this is more than just a B&B. Spiritual Melvyn has built his very own stone circle on ancient ley lines in the garden for meditation and healing work.
After the guests have paid up, only one of these B&Bs will be crowned the best value for money. When your home is your business, everything is personal.
