When he witnesses the bungled robbery of a convenience store, Bobby Parson lands himself pursued by the perpetrator. Bobby gats away but only temporarily because the robber, under the guise of an Insurance investigator, hires T. and T. to find the kid. When his story doesn't check out, the robber adopts yet another lie to cover his activities. Turner's suspicions are aroused, but when he returns to confirm the new story with Bobby he's not alone. He was followed and the thief nearly fulfills his devious mission until Turner comes to the rescue.

Leaving a mud wrestling club, Senator Sam Smale is blown up in his car. He'd been under surveillance by K.C. Morgan, a crack Investigative reporter posing as the club's leading attraction. Smale's Insurance Company hires T. and T. to investigate his death. Amy turns up the Senator's dismal finances including a large loan from the owner; of the miss wrestling club. Turner and K.C. are hot on the trail of the killers when her cover is blown. Turner fights to save her from a deadly blood bath. The mad melee is halted when Senator Smale appears, more desperate than dead.

A crack deal goes bad leaving one boy on the run and his best friend unjustly arrested. Turner and Taler, out to prove the boy's Innocence, discover that he values his friendship more than his freedom. While Amy fights for the boy's rights, Turner plunges into the depths of the creek trade, makes a deal with the fugitive kid and puts his life on the line to rescue him from his ruthless suppliers. Despite Turner's efforts, the police will not drop the charges and the true depths of the two boys' friendship is put to the acid test.
