This international cast of musicians is constantly working at the highest level with Boston-born vocalist and songwriter Robert Fisher. For years, Fisher's songs, which he recites with incomparably dark timbre, are considered pretentious morbid American songs. Melancholy and lightness are connected in equal measure. Between gloomy Moritian folk and breathtaking Americana jewels, Willard Grant Conspiracy define great songwriting, tasteful arrangements and impressive interplay based on ensemble art in a variety of instrumentations ranging from the duo to the 15-member mini-orchestra.
