14 year old Miu Asahi admires the Top Artist, Ryuji Hoshigami. One day, Ryuji performs at the "RizSta Stage" through an urgent broadcast. In order to nurture the chose one to stand on the RizSta Stage, the "RizSta", they announce the establishment of the "RizSta Dance Academy". With this, Miu decides that enrolling is the only way, taking her first step into her dream!

Miu goes to the entrance audition for "RizSta Dance Academy", created by Ryuji. But there's such a narrow road with tens of thousands of people auditioning. Though she's not good at dancing, can Miu, who dances with more fun and energy than anyone else, pass? She also meets Rion Hoshigami, a girl who dances coolly with outstanding skills! Who is this girl who says that "dancing is not a game"!?

Miu faces the final audition for the "RizSta Dance Academy". Suddenly, Rion appears and tells her to "face her on the RizSta Stage". Ryuji tells the impatient Principal, KYO-SKE, that he wants to see it. Miu prepares herself and wears the RizSta Brace, that only those selected can wear, and goes on stage! What is the result of the dance battle!? And will Miu pass the audition!?

Finally, lessons at the academy begin. Miu and Shota who pass the auditions brilliantly, head towards the studio with a lot of energy. The true identity of the girl who challenged Miu is Rion, who is Ryuji's little sister! She's not only popular in the academy, but talented too! The first lessons begin, but who is Coach Kylee with a lot of personality?

The first lesson at the academy is a one-on-one battle!? However, no one wants to pair up with Rion who is good at dancing, with everyone looking away. Miu, who had lost to Rion earlier, goes to Rion. Will she be able to beat Rion this time? And what exactly is the game proposed to them by Kylee...?

Rion is not satisfied with the "Staring Contest" game that Kylee had suggested, and wants to do a serious dance battle. They put on the RizSta Brace and head towards the stage. Rion, the little sister to the Top Artist, Ryuji, cannot be beaten by anyone. On the other hand, Miu challenges her, stating "I want my dream to come true". Miu who dances with more fun than anyone else, moves Rion.

Miu, who had enjoyed dancing, is acknowledged for her ability to liven up the studio, is given a RizSta Brace. But Shota, who wants to be number 1, cannot lose! Just then, the Principal, KYO-SKE, appears with a new issue. They must put on the RizSta Brace and collect Voltages and prove themselves. With no choice, Shota decides to do it in order to become number 1. But a certain person appears before Shota...

The boy giving a cold look to Shota, who's trying to get a RizSta Brace, is his former best friend?! Shota had been aiming to be the number 1 player in his basketball club, with Rikuto who had been in the same club as him. But no matter how much he practiced, he couldn't catch up to Rikuto. When he had given up on becoming number 1, he discovered dance and found a new dream!

Shota is told "dance is stupid" by his former best friend, and regrets leaving the basketball club without saying anything. But he is who is now because of dance. Dancing isn't stupid! Will Shota's feelings reach Rikuto!? And what is the important story the principal tells Miu, Rion and Shota...?
