At the call centre, Aleša receives a call from a child who is a witness to domestic violence and a call from a person in need who has been exposed to cyberbullying and is desperate about their life situation. The sisters go to a family dinner with their mother and her new partner, where all the emotions and problems within an otherwise seemingly harmonious family environment are brought to life on a daily basis. The whole team is gathered in a meeting room, where they analyze the events of the past week with a psychologist. Mia nervously awaits Ivona, who is supposed to come from Slovakia, but her numbers remain elusive. Alesha meets with her mother to talk about the apartment. Amid a mountain of calls at work, Mia is surprised by a visit from her father. Meanwhile, Aleša is stuck in an elevator with her mother. They are rescued by firefighters and Aleša is taken to the UKC. Aleša makes a decision that will significantly change her life.
