Fourteen years after buying a small, three-bedroom home under pressure, a couple and their two teenagers have decided it's time for a change. He's at his wit's end and is ready to pack up if real estate agent Todd can find them something bigger, newer and move-in ready. She loves their little house, though, and hopes designer Jillian can turn their "dysfunction junction" into an organized dream space. The kitchen has old appliances, the main-floor bathroom doubles as a laundry room and there's a showerhead that won't stop falling. He thinks there's a lot to love about the old house and thinks Jillian has what it takes to bring the "old gal" back up to date.
