Grab your snorkels! When it comes to seafood, we want it all, so we're casting a very wide net! We'll set a course for Hugo's restaurant in Portland, Maine, where Chef Rob Evans takes a common fish and gets a little crazy with his Cod Cheeks and Pierced Cod Tongue creation. And that's just our first catch! We'll sample some sushi at Jewel Bako in New York and learn the history behind it, plus we'll munch on monkfish at the Michelin Award-winning Brooklyn Fare.
