Horton the elephant agrees to watch over lazy Maisie bird's egg while she vacations. Much later, after standing (and sitting) guard 100-percent faithfully through rain and snow, Horton and the egg are captured by three hunters and put in a circus. Maisie happens by just as the egg is about to hatch and demands that Horton give it back to her.

A grumpy hermit hatches a plan to steal Christmas from the Whos down in Whoville. The Grinch lives in a dank cave above Whoville - each Christmas season he cringes as he hears the Whos prepare their whobeast for their whofeast. He can't stand hearing them bustle around buying presents, planning parties and singing their Who carols. One year he decides to take the matter in his own hands and attempts to steal Christmas from the Whos. It's only then that the Grinch learns a valuable lesson regarding the true meaning of the Christmas season.

Along comes Sylvester McMonkey McBean, the "fix-it-up chappie", who has an amazing machine that can add and remove stars for anyone with the money to pay for it. A strange wind blows into Whoville, making all the inhabitants stay indoors. They know the wind means the Grinch will be in a foul mood and out to do harm. However, young Eukariah decides to confront the Grinch.

The Cat in the Hat is all set for a lovely picnic, but the evil Grinch changes his plans by inventing a contraption that captures noise and makes it sound ferocious. The Cat has to save the world from the clutches of the Grinch and the only way to do it is to reach Grinch's soft spot.
