Cee has been shoving paper Mache into her walls in her kitchen to attempt to hold it together- while partner Sue questions the sturdiness of Cee’s creative Reno’s. Bryan can’t believe his eyes when he pulls the concoction of glue, flour and paper Mache that Cee’s been using as mudding in her walls in the kitchen. He also can’t believe the backwards way Cee has attempted the renovation. Will Sue be found at the bottom of the rubble or will Bryan be able to show Cee the real materials to use, and the right order in which to complete a home renovation?

Nicole has no where to turn- her mother Bernice has been dry fitting tiles and wrapping the shower in cellophane as she attempted to do it all herself over the last two years. Bernice really wants to do it herself, but her fear of doing anything wrong has halted the kitchen and bathroom renovations. Now both rooms are a mess. With family on its way for a wedding, can Bryan help this do it yourself woman finish this two year Reno before Bernice’s family arrives to the nightmare they where told was already done.

Karen and Steph are newly weds and have recently moved into the basement of Steph’s mother. In order to get some privacy, Steph tried to build a bathroom in their apartment. Unfortunately Steph doesn’t know how to frame, to drywall, to plumb or to tile…This bathroom is a mess and Karen is fed up with having to share not only a home with her mother in law, but also the only working bathroom in the house.-Can Steph her newly wed husband complete the full bathroom in their apartment in the basement with the help of Bryan? Karen is running out of patience and wonders if she should have run on the wedding day.

Frank bought a new house and convinced his wife Andrea that if they moved in with his parents, he could finish the house in two weeks. It’s been six months and all Frank has managed to do is gut the entire house and put down some sub floor…now he has no idea what to do. Andrea his wife is ready to move in because living with the in-laws has become a nightmare. Can Bryan save the day and the marriage as Andrea hands out ultimatums to Frank? And can Frank stop talking long enough for Bryan to teach him what he needs to know to finish or will Frank ask too many questions and avoid the work as usual.

Zubin is a hard working guy who has been running between his job and his basement disaster that he’s preparing for his son-Sandra his wife doesn’t believe Zubin is actually doing any Reno’s when he disappears into the basement night after night. Zubin is an aircraft engineer—so you would assume he could handle a simple basement…but no. He can build an airplane, yet can’t build a wall. The floor is ripped up, the framing is wrong and his wife and son are frustrated. Can Bryan save Zubin from a life of running or will Sandra be right in believing her husband is incapable of finishing the job.

Clifton and Caroline have seven children and in an effort to help makes ends meet, Clifton built a hair salon for Caroline in the house. The trouble is Clifton is clueless when it comes to home renovation. The walls are warped, the shampoo sinks leak, there are live wires hanging from the ceiling and everything is running at a snails pace because Clifton will only use hand tools - Caroline his wife wants Clifton to trust Bryan and let him show him how to finally use the power tools and get the job done. After a year of promising a hair salon in the basement to help provide for her seven kids, Caroline is ready to set the house on fire. Can Bryan save Caroline’s jump up chicken disaster, or will Clifton be stuck in his old habits of using out of date tools.

David is a scrambled guy. He has started renovations all over the house and never finished them. His wife Marika has finally had enough after he messed with her kitchen. His scattered ways and lack of knowledge have destroyed every reno he’s attempted. Stacey the Buddha master of calm, has had a meditative vision of her husband Kevin finishing the rec-room in their basement-Kevyn on the other hand has a vision of himself being handy, but this vision is only a bad dream. He’s glued drywall to the cement walls, built a bathroom door behind a support beam and left no room for plumbing or electricity. When Bryan discovers Kevyn doesn’t have a clue about building a basement he starts from the basics. Can Kevyn snap out of his meditative state long enough for Bryan to show him the path to discovery?

Marcello’s patience like his espresso is running short - His partner David convinced him to move out of his nice clean condo and into this money pit. He assured Marcello that he could finish the house in a couple of months. Now it’s been 2 years without a bathroom and Marcello has had enough of living in construction dust. They are at each other’s throats because David refuses to lay a floor or to mud the drywall. Bryan arrives just in time to put them into a cold bath as things heat up on the home front. Will David let Bryan show him how finish one room at a time and will Marcello finally get the bathroom he’s been dreaming of?

Tony wanted a 70inch television in the basement. To get this, he had to knock down the bathroom and move it into the laundry room. His wife Janice is furious because now she has no bathroom and his terrible screw up makes it impossible for her to even do the laundry anymore. She’s had enough of Tony’s DIY skills and cringes every time she comes home to 70 inch elephant sitting in her den. Can Bryan help Janice recover her dream bathroom from underneath the rubble of Tony’s humongous friend?

For Johanne the local Humane Society has gone to the dogs. Frances, Shelagh and Andrea have tried to utilize the small facility to the best of their ability but a lack of space and know how has turned it into a real mess. It’s up to Bryan to save Johanne and the girls from their Cat-tastrophy.

Mark has improperly pieced together his basement; use of the wrong materials and misuse of the right ones has pushed his wife Maryse over the edge. So Maryse calls Bryan to comes in to give Mark a crash course on the proper materials to use and the proper ways to use them.

Benny is spending too much time on the yoga mat-while his young family struggles to maneuver around his makeshift shed in the backyard. He wanted to build a storage shed and the monstrosity had to be torn down after neighbors complained. His daughter Shay turned him in because the sloppy shed has turned the backyard into a dangerous pile of rotting wood and crooked nails. Bryan is amazed by the dangers of Benny’s backyard disaster. Benny is confident in his abilities and refuses to admit he’s made any mistakes. Will Shay and her siblings be able to survive the backyard, and will Bryan be able to get Benny to focus long enough to learn how to build the shed right?

Justin needs no help starting the job it’s the finishing that has escaped him. Holes in the floor, exposed heating ducts and a partially exposed brick wall are driving his wife Rachel crazy. Will Bryan be able to give Justin the tools he needs to make it to the finish line.

Brian’s Self proclaimed laziness has left him and his wife Miki with a constructions site for a Kitchen. Miki can’t cook (which she loves) and Brian can’t eat her cooking (which he loves). Will Bryan be able to give Brian the motivation to give Miki the kitchen of her dreams?

Graham has half done half of the bathroom and Heather has lost all her patients. Lose tiles and lack of direction has left her without relief. Can Bryan show Graham the way to fully refinish his bathroom and restore Heather’s patients.
