He comes across a woman who also doesn't have anyone to spend New Years with and she is on the road. Ed invites her to the garage and she shows up. Later, Della, Chico, and the rest of Ed's friends decide to surprise Ed by joining him for New years. When the element of surprise hits, that is when the gang meets Ed's new friend ""Kissy Face"".
