At Shidō Academy, Takumi and Gi hide their love, but trauma keeps them painfully apart.

During Golden Week, Takumi and Gii arrange to meet to resolve the emotional distance between them. Shingyoji tries to win over the veteran Misu, who treats him coldly, and Yoshizawa faces the frustration of not being able to get close to his roommate, Takabayashi.

Third-year veteran Nozawa continues to hit on Takumi, prompting Gii to challenge him to a race. If Gii wins, Nozawa must stay away from Takumi, but if he loses, Takumi will belong to Nozawa.

The onset of rain increases Takumi's anxiety as he struggles to confess his feelings to Gii. An accident during chemistry class brings Takabayashi and Yoshizawa closer together. When a letter from his mother reopens old wounds, Takumi faints in the rain.

Takumi faints, overwhelmed by his problems. Gii, frustrated by the lack of progress in his relationship with Takumi and after hearing Takabayashi's complaints about Yoshizawa, tries to force intimacy with the sleeping Takumi. Meanwhile, Shibata finally declares his love for Akaike.

Yoshizawa attacks Itamidokoro to protect Takabayashi, demanding that he stay away from Takabayashi. Takumi receives a letter from his mother and decides to confess to Gii the origin of his touch trauma, revealing that the problem has deep roots in his brother's death. Gii reacts with shock upon discovering Takumi's past.
