"Project 'Anna Nikolaevna': The Beginning" takes viewers back to the end of 2012, when, according to the Mayan calendar, the end of the world was expected. On the eve of the holiday, Major Pozharsky’s wedding falls apart, and a UFO flies over the village of Korchma, crash-landing in the forest with an explosion. To investigate the incident, Anton Nikolaevich Korolev is sent from Moscow — an advanced prototype of a police android. Slightly unfinished, Anton Nikolaevich behaves a bit strangely, though he appears perfectly human. It soon becomes clear that the developers may have gone overboard with the programming — the new police robot isn’t a man at all…
