Steel Vengeance will most likely go down in history as one of the most unreal roller coasters ever built. When Cedar Point made the decision to transform Mean Streak, the park gave Rocky Mountain Construction all the money in the world and told them to "go wild." And the park certainly got the unimaginable coaster they hoped for, along with quite the headache of a roller coaster to maintain and operate.

Loch Ness Monster has to be one of the most legendary roller coasters out there. When it opened at Busch Gardens Williamsburg in 1978, it was truly cutting edge. But it has since become more of a relic in terms of innovation and technology. Coincidentally, the ride outlasted a newer version of the coaster that Busch Gardens introduced in 1978, Drachen Fire.

When Busch Gardens Williamsburg introduced Drachen Fire in 1992, it was supposed to be the park's new headlining attraction. But instead, the roller coaster quickly gained a terrible reputation for how rough and uncomfortable it was.
