Fares and Karma, owners of a pharmacy, face a tragic accident when Fares unintentionally kills a visitor. Ghazwan, whose family remains a mystery, emerges along with Sami, a prominent lawyer. A significant issue arises between Lina and Louay after Louay leaks a compromising video of Lina and demands $5,000. Firas receives harsh criticism from Ghazwan. When Louay seeks a job from Ghazwan to pay off his debt, Fares intervenes. Meanwhile, Karma reunites with Yara, coincidentally crossing paths with Sami. Sami is taken aback by an unexpected visitor.

While Fares is trying to hide the traces of his crime and bury the body out of sight, someone follows him and threatens him with a video recording of everything that happened. Fares discovers a secret between the victim and his little sister.

Ghazwan uses the video he filmed to threaten Fares and force him to engage in illegal acts. In another context, a person from the past appears in Karma's life who may threaten her relationship with her husband.

Ghazwan's threats to Fares continue until he submits to him and carries out one of his orders. Lawyer Samy also exploits the tense events in Fares's house and his mother's illness to his advantage to get closer to his wife, Karma.

As Fares confronts Al-Shamali, one of the staunchest enemies of Ghazwan and his master Azzam, something unexpected happens to Fares. Samy also learns a secret about Fares.
