Mission: Antarctica

The adventure begins with strong winds and a lot of rain, dangers never before experienced by the team. With exciting testimonials, we met the courageous team that is ready to live an epic journey.

After some life stories by Sylvestre Campe, the expedition heads towards the very dangerous Cape Horn, and after days of travel the team begins to adapt to the extremes of the Antarctic expedition.

After 7 days of travel, the group arrives in Antarctica. Cléo Camp chooses the first island that the expedition will visit, Deception Island. The blizzard increases leaving the team at a dangerous time.

The team arrives at Deception Island. Marcela takes a kitesurf tour and becomes the first woman to practice it in Antarctica. Pedro kayaks on the ice and Sylvestre ventures on a climb.

Going further south, the team finds a large colony of Gentoo penguins; Karina, Marcela and Pedro explore the place and know the animals. Sylvestre and Cléo Campe climb a huge glacier.

Antarctica continues to surprise the entire team. Cléo dives from an iceberg and Marcela enjoys snowboarding. The team finds a British post office and sends letters to the family.

The team arrives at the Lamaire channel. Marcela veleja, Pedro looking for icebergs to slide out of kayak, Karina explores the SUP site. Cleo, Marcela and Karina end the day diving in a bikini.

Karina, Cléo and Pedro paddle on SUPs alongside several whales. The team docks on a ship stranded in Foyn Harbor and Sylvestre returns the next day to clear up the wreckage.

The team prepares for 5 days of crossing the Drake Pass, the most extreme moment of the trip. Arriving at Cape Horn, the team knows the island and Marcela becomes the first woman to surf there.

In Puerto Williams, the team comes back in contact with people and talks about the days away from civilization and its impact. Heading west of the Beagle Channel, they seek new adventures.
