Single mum Jo Beck faces the emotional choices that many single parents have to deal with when looking to relocate with their kids. Her children are settled in Nottingham but she has her own dreams of moving to Derby. Jo has called in property guru Phil for advice and reassurance.
In Derby, Kirstie meets adrenaline junkies Liz and John Fairfield, who want a home that's big enough to house all their outdoor sporting equipment, with a huge garden and absolutely no road noise.
